This holistic, gentle yoga class cultivates this healing energy through gentle yoga stretches, balance exercises, breathing techniques, acupressure points, and mindfulness meditation. Scientifically proven benefits include stress, anxiety, and chronic pain reduction; increased strength, flexibility, and balance; decreased inflammation and blood pressure; improved sleep, memory, and problem solving; and enhanced well-being and self-esteem. All are welcome, including beginners and experienced yogis. Please bring a yoga mat.
