Yoga, a science devoted to improving health and peace of mind, can be practiced by anyone wanting to live a healthier lifestyle. Each class includes stretching warm-ups, more active yoga poses that work the whole body and focus on the core muscles, breathing techniques to assist with tension and stress relief, and a relaxation component to help integrate the whole practice. This is a guided class and is suitable for beginners and more xperienced yogis. Beginners will be offered step-by-step instruction and modifications as needed. If you ave any questions about the class, please email or visit Dress in loose, comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and a blanket for savasana. Avoid eating 2 hours before class or eat a very light snack. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.
