Mindfulness meditation is scientifically proven to improve brain health, reduce stress and anxiety, and to enhance the quality of a good night's sleep. Sleep is a major factor in maintaining overall health and well-being. In this seated meditation class you will learn breath awareness, body awareness, and present moment mindfulness meditations while seated comfortably in a chair. This class also includes gentle chair yoga stretches, breathing techniques, Qigong, Mantra, and acupressure points for better sleep. PLEASE NOTE: The Gold Card Discount does not apply to this class.
