Yoga improves and maintains a healthy spine, joints, balance, and brain. This therapeutic yoga class cultivates this healing power through gentle yoga stretches, breathing techniques, and mindfulness meditation. Benefits include: stress, anxiety, and chronic pain reduction; increased strength and flexibility; decreased inflammation and blood pressure; enhanced immune system, and improved sleep and memory. All are welcome including beginners. This class is not appropriate for pregnant women.

Instructor Liz Wanner is certified in Kripalu Yoga, Yoga for Arthritis, Tai Chi for Arthritis, Qigong for Health, and Meditation. Liz is also a certified Reiki Master.
