The 6th session of the course will be unique to you. We will schedule a one-hour individual session to review your specific situation and set you in the right direction. Your instructor, Bart Ruff, has real-world experience as an employee in multiple industries. After seeing his dad navigate a difficult job loss late in his career and then experience a job transition of his own in 2005, he founded the local not-for-profit MyCareerTransitions.com to help others. In the last 20 years, that organization has helped more than 15,000 people in the Greater Philadelphia area to navigate job transitions. Since retiring, Bart works part-time as a Senior Consultant for a national company that is hired to do outplacement support for employees of companies that are downsizing.
