Chair Yoga for Your Back is a safe and effective program designed to improve and maintain back health, mobility, and balance. The class is done seated and while standing with the support of a chair. This holistic practice combines the six movements of the spine, gentle yoga stretches, balance exercises, breathing techniques, and mindfulness meditation. Proven benefits include increased strength and flexibility, improved back health and balance, reduction of stress and chronic pain, and enhanced overall well-being and health. All welcome, ages 18+.
