Yoga improves and maintains a healthy back, joints, balance, and brain. This therapeutic yoga class cultivates this healing power through gentle yoga stretches, breathing and meditation. Benefits include stress, anxiety and pain reduction, increased strength, flexibility, and balance, improved sleep and memory and an enhanced immune system. All are welcome including beginners. This class is for ages 18+. This class is not appropriate for pregnant women.
