The Tai Chi 24 forms is the most widely practiced tai chi form worldwide. It is practiced in parks throughout China. It is for anyone interested in good health, better balance, strong bones, and stress reduction. In this class, you will learn forms 5 -8 and review part 1 forms 1 - 4.
