  Please note: Monday and Wednesday classes are 8:30-9:30 pm and Friday is 6:30 -7:30 AM

Lap swimmers, fitness swimmers and tri-athletes will enjoy structured workouts and stroke technique instruction in a fun and relaxed environment. Swimmers will be encouraged to set individual fitness goals and participate in “fitness challenges.” In addition, swimmers who wish to participate in competitive meets will be given the opportunity. For ages 18+.
