Mindfulness meditation reduces stress and enhances the quality of a good night's sleep. Sleep is a major factor in maintaining good health. In this class you will learn breath awareness, body awareness, and mindfulness meditation for better sleep. Class also includes the stress reducing practices of chair yoga, breathing, qigong, mantra, and acupoints. All are welcome. Ages 25 and older
