Income Taxes: Properly structuring your estate and beneficiaries to maximize income tax strategies across multiple generations. 4. Protection from Creditors: Bulletproofing your children’s and other loved ones’ inheritances from potential divorce, lawsuits, credit card debt, etc. 5.
